Botanic", "UB", "we", "us" and "our") respects the privacy
of every individual who visits our Websites and online
areas or participates in any interactive bulletin boards
or purchases UB products on-line. These security and
privacy statements outline how UB will collect and use
information gathered on this site. This Security and
Privacy Statement will apply to your use of URBANBOTANIC.COM,
MY UB OFFICE or any other Website owned or operated
by Urban Botanic. This policy statement will also instruct
you on what to do if you want us to remove your personal
information collected or stored during previous visits
to these Web sites.
You may return some unopened items purchased at Urban Botanic within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 15 percent may be added. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number . We will issue you store credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned: perfume oils, sales materials, or any items that were rewarded to you free of charge.
To return, call or email Designer services to explain what you're returning and you will be issued an RMA number. Then ship authorized returns to the following address:

Your return must be received at Urban Botanic within 30 days of RMA# being issued in order to receive refund.

UB will only collect
or retain information (that is, your name, address,
telephone number, or e-mail address) that you provide
to us voluntarily. We will collect information from
the UB WEBSITES in several ways. If you register for
e-mail campaigns, request additional information, or
to be contacted, we will ask you for personal information.
Once you have submitted this you will be able to take
full advantage of the information on the UB WEBSITES.
When you make a purchase from the UB WEBSITES, we will
also ask for your credit card information, as well as,
billing and shipping information. We will send out confirming
e-mails whenever you register or make a purchase, to
inform you that we received your personal information
or to confirm your purchase.
We may retain and use
information gathered from Web visitors for several purposes.
First, we may analyze the information to better understand
market needs and how we can improve our products and
services. Second, we may retain information about your
previous purchases of UB products in order to improve
our Web site and provide you better service. Third,

links provided in the emails. If you requested multiple
e-mail campaigns and desire to cancel, you may be required
to cancel each campaign separately, However, if you
made a purchase, we will need to retain certain information
for billing and shipping purposes.
When you place an order
through a UB hosted Fragrance Designer site, your order
will be processed by Urban Botanic. In these cases,
the Fragrance Designer will be provided information regarding
your order except for credit card information or payment
detail. Except as stated above or when necessary to
share your information with UB's agents or contractors
for the purposes of performing services for UB, your
personal information (name, address, telephone number,
e-mail address or other information) will not be provided
to any third party. We have restricted our agents and
contractors from using your personal information in
any way other than to provide the services contracted
for by UB.
UB does not intend to
collect any personal information (such as, name, address,
telephone number, age or e-mail address) from persons
under thirteen years of age. If a parent or guardian
of a child who has provided us with such information
would like the information deleted from our records,
he or she should contact us at the e-mail address or
phone number listed at the bottom of this policy statement.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete
the child's information from our existing files.
When you view one of
the UB WEBSITES, we may store some information in the
form of a "cookie" or similar file that is automatically

other things, to tailor a Website or advertisement to

us as a Fragrance Designer you will be able to view, change
or modify information contained in your personal profile.
If you only registered for an e-mail campaign you may
be required to cancel each campaign separately.

and security policies of third-party sites, or sites
that links to or from the UB WEBSITES. Since these third-party
sites are owned and operated independently, we have
no control over how information gathered on these sites
is used. UB cannot be responsible for the content or
privacy practices of such sites and can assume no liability
whatsoever for the practices, actions or policies of
these third-party sites.
We have taken precautions
to ensure that customer information is safe and secure.
If you registered with us as a Fragrance Designer, your
online account information is protected by a password
chosen by you. Access to that online account requires
your username and password. We recommend that you do
not disclose your username and password to any other
person. We protect all transactions using Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL). If your browser is capable of SSL, and
most are, your sensitive information will automatically
be encrypted before being sent over the Internet. We
do not store your credit card or ordering information
on our Internet server.
No data transmission
over the Internet will be 100% secure. While we take

guarantee the security of any information you transmit
to us and you do so at your own risk. Upon receiving
your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts
